“Taking this course, and the others in the program, was the best decision I have ever made. I would urge anyone interested to book onto the Beginner's class to start your journey. If you have done the other two classes but are unsure about the performance course, again I'd say go for it! It was the most fun I have ever had in my whole life so far. Developing the routine, the costume and myself was an incredible experience - I genuinely cannot express how fantastic the course was, and how glad I am that I booked it.” - Rose

‘I can say that coming to the HOB for my performance course was surely the best decision to enter the world of burlesque. Not only did I get lessons, advice and encouragement from a professionals, I also made such great friends and discovered a whole community. Having Tempest and House of Burlesque as my mentor was really the best thing I could have done to start out my burly life.’ Syd

‘HOB academy taught me the key ingredients of putting together a winning act, as well as what to never do. Attending the classes from beginners through to performance I feel my love of burlesque was transformed into so much more, it became an understanding and appreciation of the art of burlesque, with teachers whose talent and success work to inspire you throughout the journey.’ Ruby Corkscrew
