The use of "we", "us" or "our" throughout www.HouseofBurlesque.co.uk (referred to as "the website") are to House of Burlesque Ltd. We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions without notice to you.
We accept no responsibility for any communication, information, products, services or views linked with other websites, and we will accept no liability for any loss, damage or other issue you may have with them.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in all materials on this website are the sole property of our licensors or us and must never be used unless expressly authorized by our licensors or us.
When using a promotional code please note that the following rules apply:
- You may not use the code in conjunction with any other offer.
- We reserve the right to cancel any and all promotional codes without written notice to you.
Complimentary entry to Sway on Saturdays: Tickets for Speakeasy give the holder permission to stay on after the show for the club night after. VIP tickets include reservations for the show only, after the show booths and seats must be vacated. Bookings can be made for after the show directly with the venue. Tickets do not allow re-entry to the club night after guests have left the building for an extended period of time nor do they allow entry to the club only.
House of Burlesque Ltd does not issue ticket refunds for any shows, classes, courses or workshops, in some circumstances tickets may be transferable please contact us for details.
Classes: Any person who participates in House of Burlesque Ltd Classes or services shall do so at his or her own risk. He or she shall assume all risk involved, including but not limited to all loss or stolen property, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained while participating. By attending class, you are certifying that you are in good health.
Supper Tickets: Notice of any food allergies/restrictions must be made at least 48 hours in advance in writing, menu changes cannot be accommodated on the night. We will do our best to accommodate food requests made in advance where possible.
House of Burlesque Order Notices that state 'Awaiting Confirmation' or 'Not Charged' will not be accepted as confirmation of payment on the night.

HOUSE OF BURLESQUE ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Before booking with House of Burlesque Ltd also known as House of Burlesque Academy (further referred to as ‘us' or ‘we'), participants (further referred to as ‘you’ or ‘Participants’) should read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you are unable to agree with the Terms & Conditions, you must not Book or attend the services offered by House of Burlesque Ltd. If, however, you agree to the Terms & Conditions unconditionally, you may book, subscribe to and attend the services offered by us, subject always to these Terms & Conditions. Booking, watching or attending House of Burlesque Ltd lessons or classes shall indicate your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

House of Burlesque Ltd may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms & Conditions on the website. Your continued use of the services, including booking, watching or attending lessons or classes, shall indicate your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions
As a potential Participant and student with House of Burlesque Ltd, we require you to follow these Terms & Conditions. House of Burlesque Ltd has the right to terminate your membership at any time if any part of this agreement is breached. In the event of such termination, you will not be eligible for a refund of any paid services with us.

BOOKING

All Participants of House of Burlesque Ltd and House of Burlesque Academy agree to make sure they have the appropriate space available before participating in our dance classes to be able to move freely and safely. We recommend a minimum of 2mSq of floor space per participant and a minimum 2 metre clearance from floor to ceiling in the room in which you are undertaking the dance/exercise class. All Participants must ensure they have adequate and non-slip floor space for the session and make sure there are no trip hazards or breakables/objects that could cause injury. You must ensure that you have no current medical conditions or existing injuries which would prohibit you from taking part in the session.

All Participants understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, there is a possibility of physical injury. You voluntarily agree to accept all risks and assume responsibility for any such injury or accident which might occur during House of Burlesque Ltd classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you exempt, release, and indemnify House of Burlesque Ltd, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury, to yourself, or your property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Tempest Rose or House of Burlesque Ltd.

You voluntarily agree to waive any rights and that of your heirs and assigns to hold House of Burlesque Ltd, House of Burlesque Academy, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, or injury.

All Participants understand that you should be aware of your physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.

All Participants confirm they are 18 or over by signing up or subscribing to any House of Burlesque Ltd class content.

Participants grant House of Burlesque Ltd an irrevocable and perpetual licence to use for publicity purposes any photographs of Participants that are shared with us.

PURCHASE POLICY

House of Burlesque Ltd is not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to bank transfers, payments, subscription fees, technical malfunctions or data collected by Squarespace as part of your signing up or subscription to the course or classes.

Purchase gives unlimited access to the course content for as long as it remains on the Squarespace platform. From time to time course content may be updated, amended or removed during the lifetime of the course at the sole discretion of House of Burlesque Ltd.

All purchases once made are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property: All materials provided in the online dance classes, including but not limited to videos, choreography, and class notes, are the intellectual property of House of Burlesque Ltd (unless otherwise indicated) and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use: Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the class materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display the materials for any other purpose without prior written consent.

Copyright Infringement: You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the class materials. Any unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement.

You understand that recording of any House of Burlesque Ltd class content is strictly prohibited. You agree to not reproduce, sell, share or distribute any recordings of our content.

You understand that music used in the videos is not property of House of Burlesque Ltd, and is for educational purposes only. Signing up for House of Burlesque Ltd online dance lessons does not grant a license or permission to use third party copyright materials including music.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
