Want to improve your confidence? Make a better relationship with your body, fire your creativity and embrace unapologetic glamour? Then welcome to the art of Burlesque - a transformative tool that can elevate and celebrate our mind and bodies.
This is a four week course mixing dance, movement and theory for those who wish to explore burlesque in a welcoming and fun environment. Whether you want an empowering new hobby, to learn to navigate the world with poise and purpose, or take the first steps towards a career on stage.
You will learn how to move your body like a burlesque star, explore your femininity in a safe and welcoming space and radiate confidence. Create your burlesque alter ego character, learn the history, the signature moves, study the look and learn the art of striptease. All classes are taught by highly-respected industry professionals. There is no nudity involved, guests are asked to bring a pair of heels, and wear clothing they can move and feel good in.

MARCH 2026 - Course begins Tuesday 3rd March and continues every Tues until 24th March inclusive, each session lasts from 7pm until 9pm.
Each course is 4 weeks long and each session is 2 hours. 4 Week Beginners Course: £170

TRAVEL: Kentish Town tube station is the nearest station and 3 mins walk from the studio. On exit take a left down Kentish Town Road towards Camden. Other options are: Camden Town: 12 mins, Tufnell Park: 15 min walk, Kentish Town Thameslink: The service will still be running, Kentish Town West Overland: Approx 6 min walk, Buses: 88, 134 and 214
Clean Break’s Studio can be found down the alley on the right hand side of Patshull Road (immediately behind the Job Centre) - this is the first right from the Kentish Town Road end. Please ring the buzzer for entry. Please arrive no earlier than 10 mins before class.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All workshop, class and course purchases once made are non-refundable, in rare cases we made be able transfer course or class places so please do get in touch if you no longer can make the date booked and we will advise . Please check the date on your booking confirmation carefully, date mistakes cannot be rectified after the date listed has passed.
EVERY WEEK YOU'LL NEED: A pair of heels you can easily dance in (not compulsory but does help with posture and style), water, clothing you can move easily. High heels - please choose a height that you can move easily in with a medium to slim heel - no pole dancing, high platform shoes or wedges please.
ALL GUESTS will be asked to sign in each week. Please note you will be allowed on site a max of 10 minutes before class start time.
All participants must ensure that they have no current medical conditions or existing injuries which would prohibit them from taking part in the session. Any person who participates in House of Burlesque Ltd Classes shall do so at their own risk. By attending class, you are certifying that you are in good health.
