- The use of "we", "us" or "our" throughout www.HouseofBurlesque.co.uk (referred to as "the website") are to House of Burlesque Ltd. We reserve the right to modify any terms and conditions without notice to you.
- We accept no responsibility for any communication, information, products, services or views linked with other websites, and we will accept no liability for any loss, damage or other issue you may have with them.
- You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in all materials on this website are the sole property of our licensors or us and must never be used unless expressly authorized by our licensors or us.
- When using a promotional code please note that the following rules apply:
- You may not use the code in conjunction with any other offer.
- We reserve the right to cancel any and all promotional codes without written notice to you.
- Complimentary entry to the Good Foot at Madame Jojos: Tickets for Shipwrecked! and Burlesque Idol at Madame Jojo's where stated give the holder permission to stay for the Good Foot Club night after. Tickets do not allow re-entry to the club night after guests have left the building for an extended period of time nor do they allow entry to the club only.
- House of Burlesque Ltd does not issue ticket refunds, in some circumstances tickets may be transferable please contact us for details.
- Classes: Any person who participates in House of Burlesque Ltd Classes or services shall do so at his or her own risk. He or she shall assume all risk involved, including but not limited to all loss or stolen property, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained while participating. By attending class, you are certifying that you are in good health.
- Supper Tickets: Madame Jojo's does not do food service on the night. Those wishing to eat must purchase one of our VIP Supper tickets in advance. Notice of any food allergies/restrictions must be made at least 48 hours in advance in writing, menu changes cannot be accommodated on the night. We will do our best to accommodate food requests made in advance where possible.
- Tickets: HOB LTD does not mail out tickets. Please bring your booking or Google Checkout confirmation email to gain entry on the night. House of Burlesque Order Notices that state 'Awaiting Confirmation' or 'Not Charged' will not be accepted as confirmation of payment on the night.
