Is there a dress code?
Even though there is no official dress code we love it we our audiences to get into the spirit and get glammed up - corsets, suits, spatz, boas, evening dress are all accepted. Burlesque Idol and Shipwrecked! both have best dressed prizes on the night, we recommend for Shipwrecked! anything tropical, nautical, vintage, pirate or animal print.
What do you get when you buy a ticket?
Tickets packages vary and are clearly explained on the show page. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch!
PLEASE NOTE:
To respect the work of our artists work unauthorised photography or recording is prohibited. If you are competing at Burlesque Idol and would like your friends to photograph you, please get in touch so we can issue them a pass.
Are large groups allowed?
We are more than happy to take group bookings - if you want to bring a group of over 10 to one of our shows please get in touch so we can help you plan your evening with us. We also offer extras for people celebrating such as celebration cakes, burlesque starter kits and merchandise, please email for prices.
Is there audience participation?
Some of our shows have a little bit of audience participation and banter but don't be afraid, our lovely host will never force someone to come onto the stage who does not want to!
What happens after the show?
We encourage to stay and enjoy yourself at the venue after the show! Most of our venues have club nights after which you can stay for. For venues that can't offer late drinking and dancing we will often organise an after-party at an exclusive venue close by which you are invited to. These will be clearly advertised on the show page
I want to combine the evening with a short burlesque taster session for my guests is this possible?
Sure! We are more than happy where possible to give a 30min burlesque taster session before the show - please email us directly if you are interested in having one. Our Madame Jojo's shows have a complimentary pre-show class for ladies only. To attend pleased email us your booking number and the number in your party.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre show classes are open to all guests so you may be sharing your class with other women who are not in your party.
