Producer Tempest Rose - Director of HOB
Burlesque Showgirl Tempest Rose is one of the most exciting and multi-skilled burlesque artists in the world, specialising in entertaining, theatrical style Burlesque which harks back to the golden age of stars like Gypsy Rose Lee and Mae West.
Las Vegas to Rome, BBC to Channel 4, Tempest Rose has been honoured to grace the stages of some of Burlesque’s most celebrated events including the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas. Other selected credits include three West End runs; appearances on Channel 4, MTV, BBC 3, ITV 2, The BBC Radio 2 Arts Show and performing at corporate and private events including for The Royal Navy at HMS Raleigh.
Tempest is the artistic director for HOB and has produced a UK theatre tour with HOB Shipwrecked, and productions at some of the UK's top burlesque clubs such as Underbelly Festival, Christmas in Leicester Square, Madame Jojo's, the Hippodrome, Sway bar, Halifax Piece Hall, Harrogate Festivals and events at The Shard, The Courtauld Gallery, Park Hotel Kolkata and Time Out Live, to name but a few.
Jillian George-Lewis aka Delores Deluxe
One of the longest established performers, producers and promoters on the London burlesque and cabaret scene. Jillian came from a 10 year acting career and moved into the word of cabaret in 2005. She was founder and leader of London’s longest running troupe The Kitten Club and led the troupe to many successes including two West End shows, long residencies at Volupte and Madame JoJo's and also regular musings on the airwaves of BBC London.
Jillian’s well respected career has put her in the some key roles of the London scene including Entertainment Manager and booker for Volupte from 2010 – 2014, as well as sitting as one of the judges for the London Cabaret Awards 2013. Performance wise, as Delores Deluxe, she has been working extensively on the cabaret and variety scene as a compere and singer as well as a soloist with her signature comedy magic tricks. Jillian is currently resident compere and booker for burlesque supperclub Privee of Knightsbridge and also the Creative Programmer ofEntertainment for Hippodrome LIVE at the iconic Hippodrome Casino. Otherwise, she can generally be found enjoying gin, coveting shoes and looking at cat videos online.

Each month we invite a guest star from the world of burlesque to be a guest judge plus an industry professional. These glamorous guests will usually be a well-respected burlesque star or top producer putting on shows in the field - often both! Previous judges have included Miss Polly Rae, Vicky Butterfly, Amber Topaz, Walt Utz (Evening of Burlesque, Hurly Burly), Sophia St Villier, Janet Fischietto, Lady Alex, Des O'Conner, Lolo Brow and Excess All Area's Paul L Martin.
Lilly Snatchdragon - Lilly is a Neo Drag Queen Burlesque / Stage Manager Performer, working in London who enjoys British passports and controversial S.E Asian Stereotypes. You’ll find her as one third of the legendary LADS crew a monthly cabaret show full of strong women with Lolo Brow & Scarlett O’Hora. A regular in the burlesque top 20 & member of the Family Fierce this performer is one powerhouse of the burlesque scene.
Rob Ivory - Rob is a Designer and Creative Consultant. After graduation from the London College of Fashion in 2012, Rob founded House Of Ivory, a design atelier for Burlesque, which he launched with a debut collection shown in a London Embassy in Haymarket. The house has created looks for Tempest Rose, Vicky Butterfly and collaborated with The House of Burlesque and the Black Cat Cabaret. Rob managed Dame Zandra Rhodes London Atelier for several seasons and more recently worked with Bridie O’Sullivan as Creative Producer for her feature length Documentary: ‘Zandra with Zee’. Rob currently works for luxury Womenswear designer Kitty Joseph.
Lolo Brow is an awarding winning Neo-Burlesque artist, sideshow performer, sparkly drag King and Lizard Lady. With skills ranging from Classical dance to lying on a bed of nails, right through to butchery, Lolo is more than well equipped to Lower the Tone of any evening.
Charlotte Pacelli has performed burlesque as Liberty Sweet for over a decade as an original Hurly Burly Girly for Miss Polly Rae and a co-founder of The Folly Mixtures. She has performed for Vogue, Graff Diamonds, Café de Paris and on the international tour of 'An Evening of Burlesque’. Her personal highlight was choreographing an act in which The Folly Mixtures could wear binbags and eat chips onstage. She now runs Primp My Costume (Burlesque Idol Sponsors) - a bespoke restyling service designed for people who want to elevate their costume pieces to the next level, but either don't know where to start, or simply don't have the time.
Christina Rhodes is an award-winning creative director and designer specializing in immersive entertainment, and bespoke costuming and bridal wear. Christina has been producing innovative, immersive entertainment across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the United States for over a decade. Originally launching the House of Burlesque with Tempest Rose in 2008, she is now the creative director for Élan Artists, the leading entertainment firm for luxury private events worldwide. Managing their newly opened London office, Christina works with their star-studded clientele to create bespoke theatrical entertainment and couture costuming. In addition, she recently launched a bridal line in her own name, created to disrupt the industry by delivering exceptional gowns at an affordable price.
Sadie Sinner the Songbird - As a velvet-toned songbird or powerhouse of a host, "a bad girl with a good voice and a lot of loving to give...", Sadie Sinner is a creative force! Founder and curator of The Cocoa Butter Club, Sadie performs a seamless repertoire bursting with the RnB, Blues, Jazz, Motown, Funk and Neo-soul that raised her. Sadie brings entire rooms to their feet- her vocals and vibe, compelling them to dance the night away!
Bettsie Bon Bon is an International Burlesque Star and of winner Best British Burlesque Performer 2016 Burlesque Bible. She is a co-founder of The Folly Mixtures and a solo headliner artist, resident performer at Cafe De Paris and stylist director for their Disco 54 show. She has been performing with House of Burlesque since 2010 and is one of their top regular artists. Award winning Bettsie is one bump and grinding showgirl, full of glamour, and class.
Alice Holloway has been pattern making and sewing since her early teens when she trained with a local dance and bridal seamstress. After graduating in 2007 from Central Saint Martins, she started her first lingerie business, Holloway Smith Noir, where she designed and produced for High End boutique brands such as Coco De Mer, Myla and Tallulah lingerie, as well as online giants ASOS. With this company Alice also developed her passion for bespoke lingerie; completing costumes for many top performers on the London Burlesque scene, including Miss Polly Rae, Lady Alex, Betsy Rose, Fallon Dee, Ruby Deshabille, and Tempest Rose. Since leaving Holloway Smith Noir, Alice has sampled new designs and run production for Dolci Follie and Studio Pia. She tutors a variety of lingerie courses at Morley College in Waterloo. And 'in her spare time' ;-p, also has an ethical lingerie subscription; Little Black Pants Club, bringing fashion forward design and custom fit to a mainstream audience.

Fiammetta Alexander is an Italian cabaret performer and singer/songwriter based in London. With a rich background in music and performing arts, her vision is infused with film noir shadows, Golden Age Hollywood glamour and 70s b-movie undertones, with a flair for darkness and melancholia. Under the stage name of Miss Vampfire she has performed burlesque in some of the most notable events around the world, including Miss Viva Las Vegas and three editions of The New York Burlesque Festival. Creative and versatile, she has lent her voice and persona to international projects such as the decadent "Kabarett Der Namenlosen" in Berlin and sang as opening act for David Lynch's muse Chrysta Bell. Class, glamour, mystery, elegance and a voice as dark as the night; this is the fascinating world of Fiammetta Alexander.
Little Lady Luscious took up Burlesque while she was living in New Zealand. When she returned to London in 2010, she saw a need for classes which were open to all. Those who want to try burlesque for fun and build up their self- confidence. She began teaching friends, then friends of friends, and the Luscious Burlesque Course was born in February 2011. In 2012, she set up Luscious Cabaret, a monthly cabaret show featuring a range of performers including Burlesque, circus, magic, and comedy, which is still going and is on every 1st Friday of the month at The Albany in Great Portland Street.
Catherine Clavering set up Kiss Me Deadly in 2006 after struggling to find a "decent garter belt". The company is based in Sheffield and London and the retro designs are inspired by the lingerie and fashion of the 40s and 50s. Kiss Me Deadly won the publicly-voted "Favourite British Designer" award at the 2012 UK Lingerie Awards and was nominated for the "Best Independent Directional Brand" the same year. The brand was also nominated for the "Favourite Lingerie Brand" award in 2013 and the "Favourite British Designer" in 2013 and 2014 and has been featured in a number of magazines.
